Students living in on-campus residence halls requesting an early move-in during the Spring 2025 semester, must register for recruitment by 11:55pm (PST) on Friday, December 4th. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
Students not living on-campus and not requesting early move-in must register for recruitment by 11:55pm (PST) on Friday, December 20th
You will receive two automatic confirmation emails upon the complete submission of registration and payment.
If you do not receive two emails, your registration and/or payment did not go through. CHECK JUNK/SPAM FOLDERS FOR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.
The registration fee for recruitment for Spring 2025 is $65. This fee covers the costs of technologies used to host recruitment registration and selections as well as street closure fees for Bid Day.
Early Move-In for Sorority Recruitment & On-Campus Housing
If you live in a Residence Hall or Suites building in USC Housing that is closed for the winter recess, those buildings do not re-open to residents until Thursday January 9th. To return to your space in USC Housing early due for Panhellenic recruitment you may request an ‘Early Arrival’ in the Move-in/Move-out Forms on your USC Housing portal. You may request to arrive before the recruitment process begins, but arrival before January 6th is not available. Please note that requests are not guaranteed and if granted there will be an early arrival fee of $50 per night.

Staffing will be significantly reduced during this time and the response time for lockouts will likely be delayed depending on the time of day you are locked-out and where you are located.
Please do your best to remember to take your keys and USCard with you each and every time you leave your room.

A screenshot or PDF of the online verification of eligibility
Basic personal information, just as you needed for your college application
List of extracurricular activities, honors, community service and work experience
Profile pictures are not required. If you choose to upload a photo, please select one of just you in the picture from the shoulders up with a simple background (similar to a USCID photo or Passport)

Credit card information to submit the application fee
There have been recent updates to how National Organizations are considering Letters of Recommendation and Legacy Status; please ensure you verify with the National Organization the status and consideration for legacies and Letters of Recommendation prior to submitting. Letters of Recommendation are not required for recruitment. While there is still a field to enter Legacy information (meaning a mother, sister, or other relative affiliated with a Sorority), Legacy information is not required for Recruitment. Resumes are no longer required for the application process. There is no field to upload resumes, please do not send resumes directly to any email accounts.

Please note, all registration is subject to verification. Once registration closes all applicants will be verified for eligibility, only then will applicants be confirmed to participate.
Reminders:
1. Pre-Survey: Before you start your recruitment journey, please take a moment to complete our pre-survey.
2. PHC Recruitment Kick-Off. Kick-off will be on January 6th, 2025. The time and location will be sent via email.
3. Schedule Conflict: If you have a scheduling conflict that limits your ability to participate (competition, internship, etc.), please complete our conflict form. Chapter recruitment chairs will use this to understand if you are going to be present.
